Job Tasks

  • Develop, optimize and scale up new food product formulations in collaboration with the senior food scientist & CSO
  • Assist in the design, planning, execution and analysis of R&D projects and experiments to improve our knowledge of ingredients and product taste, texture and shelf life
  • Maintain equipment according to established protocols
  • Communicate results to team members
  • Synthesize and present ongoing projects
  • Maintain a rigorous laboratory notebook
  • Participate in product, ingredient, competitive and technical monitoring.

Required profile

Education & Experience

  • Bac+3/Bachelors training as an agri-food engineer with previous work on formulation and product development
  • Interest in food product development, dairy products, microbiology, lipids or proteins
  • Experience in managing and executing R&D projects, ideally with new ingredients is a plus
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • A first experience in agri-food industry on comparable missions is a plus
  • Professional English, French is a plus
